Last week, more than 50 pawnbrokers met with Members of Congress and their staff on Capitol Hill as part of the 2016 NPA Legislative Conference.
I was among the attendees, representing 23 states. We were introduced to Rep. David A. Scott (D-GA) at the briefing prior to the Capitol Hill visits. Rep.
