ENTREPRENEURSHIP OAKLAND–MASTER CLASS

On March 21, 2017, aspiring entrepreneurs and community leaders met for the second of three panel discussions in the Entrepreneurship Oakland Master Class, presented by American Jewelry & Loan and the Pontiac Chamber of Commerce. The panel discussed utilizing free resources available within local communities, conducting market research, social media best practices, marketing, how to find funding for your business or organization, and more.

This week’s expert panelists included: Matthew Farrell from Core Partners, Vladimir Gendelman from CompanyFolders.com, Rob Cote from Security Vitals, Lisa Crawford-Palmer from Studio 8 Fitness, and Devan Green from Pontiac Library.

Les Gold, third generation pawnbroker and owner of American Jewelry & Loan, joined the panel to offer his expertise. His son and business partner, Seth Gold, moderated the panel and contributed his own business wisdom.
