I’m always proud when I’m able to see my Dad speak to groups. Without a doubt, one of my favorites was when he closed the show at TEDxDetroit 2013. TEDx was created in the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading.” It supports independent organizers who want to create a TED-like event in their own community. This year’s event was held on Thursday, October 8th at the historic Fox Theatre.
